What is a Libero machine?
The Libero series of machines are an evolution of production machines used for more than 20 years now. The very first type ever sold was to the USA more than 18 years ago and it is still in use today producing alongside the newer versions sold on this website. The owner says “its 18 years old and it won’t die. Since I can’t seem to kill it we still use it every day!”
I realize that many people who are doing their due diligence on the web will look for a machine that is sold at a really good price. I can safely say that in all the years I have been in business I have yet to find a real player in any field of any industry who is the leader in production, profit, and service and doing it with the cheapest machines or tools available on the market.
You will always find that the TOP 10 rhinestone transfer producers in any country outside of the far east (were labor is $30 a month) will always be a Libero owner of one of more Libero machines, period. There are no exceptions to this rule!
Having said that we completely understand and respect that not everyone can afford the best machine in the beginning, but now there are great alternatives, namely the Permaboss Motif Maker machines so that you can buy the best Austrian made machines at a fraction of the price of the Korean and Chinese made machines, and best of all by owning something from the same family you can easily trade up to a Libero one day.
I know what the Libero is, what is the M6?
M6 really only means Multiple 6 stations. The Libero has 4 stations and the only complaint from hard core users is “how can we make it faster?”. It’s the same thing that drives every performance car company to make a bigger better faster more fuel efficient engine year after year. To you and me right now a Porsche is fast, but if drove it every day for a living as a race driver all you want is to make it faster and lighter! If your business is growing and because you already use good machines then the question is always HOW DO I MAKE IT FASTER?
The M6 is the solution because in addition to the one robotic head with 4 stations we added two more additional independent robot heads with their own independent stations!

Hey here is something you will never see from a competitive machine, output on the floor! Ok so we forgot to put a bin there and let the machine run by itself, this is not staged, its real output!
On the picture above you can see we have the bin there and the cutter turned off, below we turned on the cutter so that the transfer were ready to ship basically!

(*IMPORTANT NOTE: Above quoted speeds are a using all elements / stations! Unlike competitors who only quote single color speeds as their machine painfully slows down when more than 1 color/element is used, compare yourself if they ever show you a video using more than one station!)
How Accurate or Reliable are the hoppers with junky stones?
This is an important question to ask since everyone on the planet knows that any rhinestone machine will run better with Swarovski® stones than any other type or brand. And anyone who has worked with cheap Chinese or Korean stones knows that the inventory is brutally inconsistent, period.
Here you can see that the disk style hopper even has extra stones after one has been picked, there are always 3 or 4 to choose from and the system weeds out the bad ones and presents the best first!

How Does the Libero M6 know if the Shape is Up or Down?
Our technology does a laser measurement of every shape and knows whether it’s up or down and passes on the ones that are presented upside down. There is a 50/50 chance that it’s correct in the first hopper so you need the added step to guarantee its 100% correct, it doesn’t slow down the machine in any way what so ever!

This is an example of the element discs and hoppers you can choose from or have handy so that you can do ANYTHING that comes down the pipe! The picture here is of our inventory, you don’t really need exactly as many, but having duplicate and triplicates of certain sizes is vital!

Who wants designs with shapes?
Hey don’t ask me, take a look at some of the best manufactures like Swarovski® or in the USA, ZBSL they both make amazing artistic designs using shapes of all kinds to compliment their product lines.
What does it cost me to run? Labor is expensive in USA, Canada and Europe!
Say a Korean or Chinese machine costs you HALF the price of our Libero M6. Not only does it run slower it needs constant attendance by a person who costs $12 or €12 per hour. Each machine of theirs requires on human as it won’t and can’t run without babysitting etc. (Don’t believe me order our kit and it comes with a particular DVD that has nothing but the Libero running seemingly forever without a human ever touching it, plus we have references galore from current owners who can verify every written word!)
So in short the total ownership cost of any Libero is less for the lifetime of ownership than that of a cheaper machine. Since you pay a higher price for a Libero upfront you feel the pain once, that’s on the day you buy. With the cheaper machines you feel less pain but it’s every day you use their machines for the lifetime of that machine.
Seriously, it costs more to own and run a cheaper machine than to own and run a Libero. I can also guarantee you won’t have their machine running for 18 years, everyone knows you can basically throw out anything made in China after a few years. But it’s OK because it costs a fraction to buy! Again, it’s why you never see these people being the leaders in their industry!
